Winter Storage, by the foot — Dock-to-door service available.

Protect your boat, pontoon, or RV from Minnesota in our secure indoor storage building. Storage is priced by length — front of the trailer to the back of the motor — with no unit to rent and no minimum size to fit.

$18 per foot for the season.

How it works

You don’t rent a unit — you drop off your boat or RV, and we store it inside for the winter.

When it’s time to come out in the spring, we get it ready and back to you. We can also come to you. For an extra fee, we’ll pick your watercraft up right from your dock, take the canopy off your boat lift while we’re there, and bring everything into storage.

In the spring, we’ll reverse the whole process — canopy back on, boat fueled up, and delivered back to your dock if you’d like.

Optional Services & Pricing

Dock-to-Door Pickup & Delivery

We’ll come to your dock, load your boat, and remove your lift canopy in the same visit — no extra trip required. In the spring, we deliver back to your dock, reinstall the canopy, and can have your boat fueled and ready to go.

Winterization

We don’t winterize boats ourselves. If you’d like your boat winterized, just let us know which provider you’d like to use — we’ll bring it to them, and once they’re finished and notify us, we’ll pick it up and bring it into storage. There’s no additional charge for this extra handling.

Our winter storage season runs September 1 – June 1.

You don’t have to drop off on September 1st or pick up on June 1st exactly — that’s simply the window we consider winter storage.

Need your boat or RV out mid-winter? We can accommodate early pickups, but a fee applies — this is determined case by case depending on where your item is positioned in the building.

Spring pickup/delivery requires two weeks’ notice.
